Meet the destination’s requirements.
We work with agricultural authorities, shipping partners and receivers in other continents to coordinate the documentation, inspections and destination criteria required for each shipment.

A great tree is only part of the job. Getting it to the project takes agricultural coordination, route planning, the right transport team and constant attention to the tree. We bring experience in all of it.
For more information↗We have coordinated agricultural-certified tree transport across routes spanning 11 and 12 states. Every state line brings its own requirements, and we plan the journey before the load leaves.
Our experience includes wide-load, overweight and overheight coordination, permits, pilot cars and highway patrol escorts—including California Highway Patrol where required.
Dedicated drivers and planned watering stops help protect the trees throughout the trip. We coordinate with locations along the route so watering is part of the transport plan, not an afterthought.

We have shipped trees and palms to international destinations including Macau, China; Saipan; and Greece.

Tree dimensions, load height, weight, clearances and receiving access shape the plan. We coordinate the transport requirements with the carriers and project team.
Root-ball protection, hydration, dedicated drivers and watering arrangements remain part of the conversation from loading through arrival.
We work with the receiver on destination requirements, arrival schedules, unloading and the agreed installation scope before shipment.
Our projects take us across the country and around the world. We dedicate the crews, do the coordination and follow the details through.
Tell us where the trees need to go↗Root-ball dimensions, axle weights, height clearances and load width shape the route. Our historical transport work includes trees exceeding 16 feet in width.
Flatbeds, lowboys, cranes, staging and appropriate protection are coordinated for the selected tree and site.
Work with general contractors, site managers, carriers and crane operators to align arrival with the agreed installation sequence.
